Kelpa takes packages and loads from the indicated address and transports to the indicated address.
Except cases when there our client and we agree (in written or mutual form) about another or in cases of reasons independent of Kelpa Ltd.

• The delivery of packages and loads is carried out within 72 hours. If the package or load size is 5 m³ and more, the delivery is carried out within 36 hours.
• We can assist in preparation and registration of import and export documents (in Lithuania, Latvia and Norway).

Ticket price includes travel insurance, tickets for ferry with a sleeping accommodation in a cabin, luggage not more than three travel bags for each passenger and other extra payments (if the final destination is an island, and there is no other way for getting there but by a ferry or through a bridge, ferry tickets or road toll should be paid by passenger).
